Chloe King I've made one: https://recommendedbyamada.teachery.co, but the thing is that currently you need to make a course for every single thing you want to add under each headline. Then you change the pictures and the link, so that you can link to anything you want outside of Teachery. I just think this could be so much easier if it was possible to do the same without adding a course. Hubs could easily be used as resource pages for affiliate marketing or portfolios for example.

You can use it like this today, but you still need to make a course for every single thing you want to add. If you want to add 20 links, you need to make 20 courses first. Luckily you can add courses multiple times by making a new headline, but you still have to make many not-in-use courses unless you only want like three items per headline.
